This hotel has an excellent location as it is close to the beautiful lake, grand temples, and a short ride to the bustling city center. the room is clean and beds are comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the humidity. the breakfast has a good variety of delicious food. the hotel has a great elevator to get you to your room quickly.
The hotel transfer service is unreliable, so it's better to find a trusted taxi on your own.

I stayed at this place recently and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance to the Old Quarter. Getting a taxi to the city center was a breeze, and it only took about 20-30 minutes to walk there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. She made sure I had a comfortable stay and even gave me a room with a huge bed, just as I had requested. The room itself was well-maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate tub and shower. the service and facilities were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Great Price and Modern Decor
The hotel was a great value for the price. The modern decor was a pleasant surprise and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location is quite convenient for accessing local shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. The breakfast options were delicious and there was a good variety to choose from.
The hotel's location was quite noisy and inconvenient. The footpath was broken and often blocked by parked motorbikes and it was difficult to cross the busy road.

We had a great stay with helpful and friendly staff. The showers had great water pressure and temperature. The hotel location is convenient to get around the city by taxi and within walking distance to the Old Quarter, lake, and temples. Breakfast had a selection of Western and Eastern options, and the room had good facilities and air conditioning. We were able to store our luggage during a trekking tour and there were local convenience stores and eateries nearby.
No negatives from this place.

Great location close to restaurants and bars. the room had a working fridge and the aircon helped us escape the heat. the staff was friendly and provided helpful maps for sightseeing.
The hotel facilities were a bit run-down and the breakfast was limited. the wifi connection was atrocious.
